The Year End Package is here! Only available during November, December, and January this package is perfect for business owners who want to get their entire year’s books caught up and ready for tax season. I’ll review, reconcile, and organize your financial records so you can hand everything off to your CPA with confidence. You will save money by having a bookkeeping professional prepare the data instead of paying your CPA’s higher hourly rates. You’ll also receive detailed vendor reports to identify who should receive a 1099 before the January 31 deadline. If you’d like, I can file your 1099s for an additional fee. Packages start at $2,000, with pricing based on annual revenue and complexity. It’s a focused, done-for-you solution to close out 2025 strong, reduce unnecessary expenses, and start 2026 with clarity and peace of mind.
Both the Starter and Seasoned bookkeeping packages include the SDS standard bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online.

Starting at $150/month (plus Quickbooks Online Subscription)
This package is for the business owner that is just starting out and has produced an annual gross revenue of $25,000 or less.
In addition to the standard bookkeeping and Profit First services, the Starter Package includes a private appointment link to set up one hour meetings to discuss how to successfully grow and maintain a prosperous business, including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Seasoned Package
Starting at $350/month (plus Quickbooks Online Subscription)
This package is for the business owner that has achieved an annual gross revenue of more than $25,000.
Business owners will receive a private appointment link to set up one hour meetings, in addition to the standard bookkeeping and **Profit First services (additional $200 per month).
The one hour meetings can be used to discuss any business questions like:

forecasts
create and achieve necessary goals to maintain healthy growth
identify challenges and create solutions
Rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis for businesses with an annual gross revenue of $200,000 or more.
